Hi, I’m Rebecca! I serve as an EEG technician and neurofeedback provider at Sherlin Consulting Group. With a deep interest in brain-based approaches to mental wellness, I specialize in conducting qEEG assessments and delivering individualized neurofeedback sessions tailored to each client’s needs. My focus is on helping clients understand how their brain functions and supporting them in building greater emotional regulation, focus, and resilience.

I take pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment for clients of all ages, whether they are seeking support for attentional challenges, anxiety, mood regulation, or performance goals. Neurofeedback is a powerful tool for supporting the brain’s natural ability to self-regulate, and I’m passionate about making that process approachable, informative, and effective.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors and being with family and friends. Our busy lives often revolve around our horses and participation of “Team Sherlin” in horse shows. I look forward to working with you or your family on your journey toward better balance and brain health.

Rebecca Sherlin, AS-EEGT

Rebecca Sherlin is a neurodiagnostic technologist with specialized training and experience in both medical and psychological applications of EEG. She graduated with an Associate of Science in Neurodiagnostic Technology from California College of Health Sciences, with focused expertise in electroencephalography (EEG). She completed her field training at St. Luke’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, and went on to work in hospital and neurology practice settings, conducting EEG studies related to seizure activity and other neurological conditions.

In more recent years, Rebecca has transitioned her focus to mental health applications, where she collects and analyzes quantitative EEG (qEEG) data to support psychophysiological assessment and training. At Sherlin Consulting Group, she provides EEG acquisition and neurofeedback services, helping clients of all ages improve emotional regulation, cognitive functioning, and resilience through brain-based interventions. She has extensive experience with neurostimulation and EEG biofeedback technologies, with a deep understanding of the technical and clinical nuances required to support individualized brain health goals.

In addition to her work with Sherlin Consulting Group, Rebecca is the president of Nova Tech EEG, a company which imports and distributes EEG medical equipment and provides qEEG analysis. At Nova Tech EEG she also offers mobile EEG service that supports other practitioners throughout the Phoenix metro area. Rebecca is also a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker, balancing her professional pursuits with a keen interest in community and family life.

Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors and staying connected with family and friends. Much of her free time is centered around “Team Sherlin,” a family-led effort in competitive equestrian sports. She is a passionate supporter of horse shows and the equestrian community, often serving in behind-the-scenes roles that keep everyone thriving.
