Certified Sport Psychology Consultant / Licensed Professional Counselor
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant. My path has taken me through years in research, academia, and entrepreneurship, but I’ve found the most rewarding and meaningful work is the one-on-one experience I share with clients. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or peak performance, I believe that the difficulties of today do not have to dictate tomorrow.
So often we find ourselves repeating patterns that no longer serve us, yet fear holds us back: fear of change, fear of letting others down, fear of not knowing what comes next. Even when we’re ready to change, we might not know how. That’s where I come in.
My approach is individualized, evidence-based, and grounded in genuine connection. I work with clients navigating clinical concerns such as attention deficits, anxiety, panic, and mood disturbances, and I tailor the therapeutic approach to best fit your unique needs. I’m not bound by one technique. I integrate the right tools, whether that’s counseling, neurofeedback, or coaching, to help you reach your goals.
Much of my work centers on performance. I consult with elite performers, including Olympians, professional athletes, military special operations, business executives, and creatives. The strategies I use to help an athlete perform under pressure in the final seconds of a championship are the same ones that help a parent remain composed with their teenager or an executive show up at their best in the boardroom. High performance is not a niche. It’s a mindset.
Whatever brings you here, know that the next step doesn’t have to be taken alone. Let’s find what works for you and build the tools to move forward.
