Kristina Olah, MS, LAC, NCC

Kristina Olah is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) who brings a client-centered, empowerment-focused approach to her clinical work. She believes in helping clients recognize and build on their existing strengths so they can achieve their full potential across all areas of life. Kristina’s clinical background is grounded in frontline behavioral health work.

Prior to joining Sherlin Consulting Group, she served as a Clinical Manager at Community Bridges, a Social Worker at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix, and a Crisis Stabilization Clinician at La Frontera EMPACT-SPC, where she spent three years working with youth in state custody using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and coping skill development. She has also served as an Investigations Case Manager with the Arizona Department of Child Safety, giving her a deep understanding of trauma, family systems, and the complexities that shape the lives of children and adults alike.

Her clinical training spans multiple settings, from in-home counseling with children and families to residential treatment with adults to virtual individual counseling, giving her a versatile and well-rounded perspective. She is experienced in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, adjustment difficulties, and a wide range of behavioral health concerns. Kristina’s therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and adaptive. She understands that no two clients are alike and draws from multiple evidence-based modalities to find the approach that fits best, always keeping the client’s goals, values, and lived experience at the center of the work.

Kristina earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Health Promotion from Arizona State University. She is bilingual in English and Hungarian. She joined Sherlin Consulting Group in 2026, where she provides both in-person and telehealth sessions.
